Bikeropros Cancellation Policy

At Bikeropros, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy provides clear terms to ensure fairness:

• Within 3 Days: No refund. However, you can reschedule your rental once within 3 months.
• 4-7 Days: 50% refund.
• 7-15 Days: 80% refund.

Refunds are processed minus any fees assessed by credit card companies, including transaction fees and any other penalties. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 weeks, and customers will be notified.

Weather Cancellation Policy

For cancellations due to severe weather conditions (as officially declared by local weather stations), our shop offers the following options:

• Full Refund: Customers can receive a full refund if Bikeropros determines that the rental cannot be rescheduled due to the weather.
• Rescheduling: We encourage rescheduling your rental at no additional cost to another date within 3 months, subject to availability.

If you are unable to use domestic bicycle paths due to rain, floods, earthquakes, avalanches, etc., you will receive a full refund. Additionally, cancellations decided by the customer due to bad weather will be processed according to the refund policy.

5.3 Cancellations

The safety of our users and employees is our foremost concern. Therefore, on-site cancellations are mandatory under the following circumstances:

• If a customer exhibits uncooperative behavior due to intoxication, mental, or physical impairment, the rental will be canceled.
• Rentals are unavailable for disabled customers without a guardian present.
• Failure to present a valid ID will result in the cancellation of the rental.
• Rentals will be canceled in the event of severe weather or hazardous environmental conditions.
• If a customer displays signs of illness or extreme fatigue, the rental will be canceled.

In case of loss or damage incurred during the rental service period to Bikeropros products, which includes theft, irreparable damage, or repair costs exceeding the replacement cost, you agree to pay for the replacement cost. If damage is repairable and agreed upon by Bikeropros, you may pay for the repair cost. All payments must be made directly to Bikeropros within 2 weeks. Additionally, in case legal fees are incurred due to loss or damage, you agree to pay for all legal fees.
